I honestly tried to complete this book, but I just could not get through it. At one point I thought that there were two different writers telling this story. Meet Rishonda Banks, this girl has an attitude with mob bosses like she has an “S” on her chest and she is bulletproof. She is combative with just about everyone from the mob boss Demari Cremali who wants to marry her and protect her and her sister from his family due to the debt that her father owes. Chapters 5 and 6 of this book threw me off and this is where the writing style for me changed. The story started going downhill for me after that.
