My Yummies for Your Tumbly: Dirty Quinoa & Kale with Ground Turkey


Dirty Quinoa & Kale 001

2 pks of Path of Life Quinoa & Kale
2 lrg pks of Ground Turkey
1/4 cup of Crushed Red Pepper
1 tbsp Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning
1 1/2 cup of Vidalia Onion Vinegarette
1/2 tsp of Himalayan sea salt
1/2 tbsp of Ground Turmeric
1/2 tbsp of Ground Cumin

In a large skillet mix ground turkey, slap ya mama cajun seasoning. crushed red pepper, salt, cumin, turmeric and vinegarette until ingredients are well mixed. Over medium heat cook ground turkey until done and then stir in the quinoa and kale. Cook for three more minutes on low, then serve with your favor side dish. I have also used this as a filling for omelets.
