This is my review and how I see it. I almost put this book down and walked away. This is not your typical story of a boss who is in love with his personal assistant and the personal assistant feels the same. This relationship had disaster written all over it from the start and most of the drama came from the lead characters. Things did not start to pick up in this story for me until Malisa went home after the disagreement she had with Apollo. There were parts so comical that I laughed until I cried. I loved Blake and the bacon scene. The interaction between Malisa and Apollo was wrought with confusion and misunderstanding on both parts. It makes you wonder how two people who worked so closely together for four years did not know how to communicate with each other and really did not know one another.
This book is for anyone who likes to read books that start off slow and picks up when members of the family get involved.
