Book review | My thoughts—Black Ice

Black IceBlack Ice by Camille Mackenzie

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Camille Mackenzie’s Black Ice was a really good story dealing with real-life issues with depression and self-inflicted abuse. Sage and Yuri were kindred spirits on and off the ice. No one except Yuri wanted to push Sage to get the help that she needed. Her trainer needed help himself, I believe that is why he stayed in denial and her aunt Carrie Ann. Someone needed to throat punch her back to her childhood. She turned out to be a bitter witch.

The story definitely has a HEA and I would love to see who the man is that made Sage’s cousin Aspen happy and more of Sage and Yuri.
