Book review | My thoughts—A Claus Christmas Miracle

A first read by this author Monae Nicole. In A Claus Christmas Miracle, Harmony Carmichael lost her husband on Christmas Day and it has been hard for her to celebrate the holiday since. She puts on a brave face in spite of the holiday season not one of her favorites for her daughter. Phoenix Ambrosia is not happy and he wants the type of happiness that his parents have he knows that he will not find it in his current situation. One day dressed as a mall Santa he sees a woman with her child and attempts to befriend her and is shot down. Phoenix was going to do everything in his power to find his chocolate beauty and make her his.

A very fast paced novella of finding love when least expected. It was a pretty good story that could have been better. In the latter part of the story the character Harmony became a bit immature and reality tv diva in my opinion. The title to this story did not fit the story, I didn’t see the extraordinary event that manifested a divide intervention in this story.

Rated 3.5

Recommend: Yes for a short holiday read.
