Book review | My thoughts—Angels And Assassins 4: The Dark Knight

In book four of the Angels and Assassins series author K. Alex Walker gives us Moana (Mo) and Giorgio’s (Gio) story. From book one Gio has always been the mysterious shadow of Mo the female of these band of brothers. Gio and Mo’s first meeting was interesting to say the least they were both after the same mark.

Either one of the got the mark that night; however, they got so much more, well in Gio’s case he had found someone that would quiet the demons at night. After their few days of sexual bliss duty calls and just as she is leaving Gio tells her that he will find her.

Two years and a potential relationship later Gio is back with a bounty on his head. Mo is trying not to fall for him, it may already be too late. Someone has placed a bounty on Gio’s head. They become an unstoppable team, tragedy strikes and someone is tempted to walk away.

Out of all the male leads of the Angels and Assassins series Gage is my favorite with Gio running a close second. I loved this story and happy that I had an opportunity to read about this strong silent hero.
