Book review | My thoughts—Bolt

Book two of the Alphabet Club by author Betty Banks is an enemies to lovers story of two paid assassins who not only attempt to one up each other, but one is out to kill each other. Bolt is upset, no one is calling him anymore for jobs, he begins to learn the pattern of his competition assuming, it’s a man. He gets the shock of his life when he finds Swan. Now it’s turned into a game of sorts and there is a bit of collateral damage in their game of cat and mouse. Another player has entered the game, will Bolt and Swan become a team or is it every one for themselves. A pretty decent story, it took a bit longer to get to the point for me. I would recommend for a quick read.
